Digital Media Day

Are you looking for a unique way to create memorable bonding experiences for your team while generating social media content for the season? A Digital Media Day Session could be just what you need. We’ll bring all the essentials—big lights, fog machines, light tubes, and any props you can imagine—to make this an exciting and fun experience for your players. This session is ideal for smaller groups like varsity teams, seniors, or individual teams and is not intended to replace your team’s portrait or yearbook session.

Pricing is $80 per player, with a minimum of 15 players required (or a $1,200 minimum). If fewer than 15 players participate, the total price will still be $1,200.

‍ ‍What Your Team Will Receive:

  • Access to a digital gallery containing all of your team’s final edited images.

  • A print release form, giving you ownership of the digital images.

  • At least three poses per player (two stills and one action or an additional still), resulting in three edited digital images per player.

  • A minimum of one team or group photo.

  • At least seven Game Day action-style images per session (more for larger groups).

  • A pre-session consultation to discuss team and player needs.

Plan for a minimum of 5-6 minutes per player for the photoshoot. Payment is required before the session.
